- 1/2 years + qualified experience preferred.

Tareas a realizar
- Long-Term residency VISAS (Law 4/2000 and Law 14/2013 such as Non-lucrative Visas, Golden Visas, Digital Nomad Visas, work visas, EU family cards).
- Nationality procedures according to Spanish Civil Code (option, new democratic law, recovery and residence).
- Golden visa for business, Highly Qualified Visa and Visa for intra-company transfers.
- Conduct own cases and assists other fee-earners and partners in providing advice and representation to the firms clients.
- Ensure services are provided in a timely fashion and the client is informed regularly on progress and costs.
- Take overall responsibility for credit control on own matters.
- Develop and maintain good client relationships.
- Comply with internal procedures and systems of the firm.
- Share information and best practice with colleagues.
