Customer Service Specialist (F/M/D) Who we are? Free Motion is the biggest full-service bicycle center in the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote). The company has over 20 years of experience with bicycle rental services, guided tours and mechanical assistance to international cyclists. Yes, Free Motion is more than an average bike shop. It is a meeting point for passionate professionals whose mission is to make cycling dreams come true. - Answer our customers through different channels (email, telephone, Livechat, etc.).
- Withing Livechat we have two main tasks: reservation and group management and incident complaint management.
- Digital skills.
- Cycling knowledge.
