Our experience tells us that 75% of the people who had carried out these internships have been employed in short term.

The Foundation takes an other step in the Dual Formation Program. With the Inserta Program we influence in training the competences and skills, designing a custom-made itinerary according to the interest of the student and the enterprise that offers the internship. 

“Just when you’ve faced a situation that makes you make decisions in uncertain scenes is when you learn how to live in the professional world.”

Inserta Program’s main goal is to improve the graduate’s future access to the working market offering theoretical training terms and internships in public or private entities where the student is able to acquire tecnical and transversal competences to improve the active search of a job.

“Our experience tells us that 75% of the people who had carried out these internships have been employed in short term. The Foundation has always searched for alternatives so that the students are able to contact the professional world and to acquire experience while they finish their studies. An example of this is the Semilla Program, in which around 450 students have participated in the last two years (University and Professional Training graduates). But we’ve wanted to take a step forward, so we’re launching an innovative program that’s called Inserta, beacause in the end that is the point: the Working Incorporation”.

“The way of understanding higher education is not the same anymore. In a globalized market it is not enough for the students to take in theoretical knowledge, but they are also asked to be prepared to accept the future previsible tranformations and even to have a significant role in them”. 

The Inserta incorporates a substancional improvement regarding the previous training program: “We talk about Dual training because  the beneficiary, while he studies he joins an organisation with a specific program designed for him. These training contents are chosen between the entity, the Foundation and the student himself. It is a custom-made suit that favors the student’s motivation since he decides what he wants to be trained about. Moreover, it strengthens his posible working incorporation and he will learn to do what the organisation believes it would be the best thing for an specific job. Some of these contents are general competences to improve their Works efficiency, others are linguistic competences, and other are tecnological. The beneficiary receives a monthly economic help”.

The last piece of information about the working incorporation of these people guarantees this iniciative: After ending the first year, the 75% of the participants have gotten a job. However, in between the graduates that didn’t get in this program, the incorporation level is much lower, around a 40%. What’s more, te beneficiary’s percentage that after finishing their training period continues in the same enterprise with a working contract is 51.6%. At the same time, the 76% considers that having participated in this iniciative has improven their employability posibilities, and the 91% recomends the program.
